John Bell & Croyden, London’s community pharmacy, has teamed up with Unforgettable, the dementia product specialists, to introduce an exciting new series of coffee mornings.
People living with dementia and their carers are warmly invited to come along to the flagship JB&C store. We’ll meet in the plush VIP room, where complimentary coffee, tea and cakes will be served.
Each week we’ll discuss one of the most common challenges of the dementia journey, and we’ll have experts on hand to give inspiration and practical advice that’s been proven to help.
So why not take a break from the daily routine? You’ll meet new, like-minded people and might even find a solution to something that’s been really bothering you.
SESSION 1 – DAILY LIVING: EATING & DRINKING
Eating and drinking can become increasing difficult for people with dementia. Our first coffee mornings will focus on the main challenges and what can be done to help.
Join celebrity nutritionist Jane Clark who will explain how dementia affects eating and drinking and share some inspiring tips, advice and gorgeous recipes to make it a bit easier.
James Ashwell, founder of Unforgettable, will also be on hand to demonstrate a range of innovative practical solutions.
